Welcome to The Artful Dollar INC, a financial and marketing coaching service designed to help you achieve your financial goals. 1. Acceptance of Terms: By using the services provided by The Artful Dollar INC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the Terms, you must not access or use our services.

 

2. Description of Service: We provide financial and marketing coaching services, including but not limited to, personal finance management, budgeting strategies, and financial education. Details of these services are provided on our website and may be updated from time to time.

Account Registration and Use: To create an account with The Artful Dollar you must first sign up as a client, pay, and sign our coaching agreement. after those steps are completed we will send you an invitation to join and make a profile on our private online community located on the Circle Community platform

 

4. Fees, Payment, and Refund Policy: Our services are available under various fee structures, including one-time payment options, payment plans, and recurring subscription models. All payments are due at the time of service or as otherwise specified in our billing policies. As the nature of our work requires our clients to perform actions of their own accord and results may vary from client to client, The Artful Dollar INC has a "no refund" policy in effect.

 

5. Client Responsibilities and Conduct: Clients are expected to provide accurate financial information and to use our services for lawful purposes only. Misrepresentation or misuse of our services is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Intellectual Property Rights: All materials provided during coaching sessions, including digital content, are the intellectual property of The Artful Dollar INC and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

 

7. Confidentiality: We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal and financial information you provide us. Similarly, clients must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary methods or materials provided by us.

 

8. Disclaimer of Warranties: Our services are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, or completeness of our services and materials.

 

9. Limitation of Liability: The Artful Dollar INC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.

 

10. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify The Artful Dollar INC against any claims or damages arising from your use of our services.

 

11. Termination: This Agreement is effective until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use our services.

 

12. Dispute Resolution: All disputes under this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in New York State in accordance with the rules of the New York State Arbitration Association.

 

13. Modifications to Terms of Service and Service: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and our services at any time. Notice of modifications will be posted on our website or sent to you directly.
